8 years!!!!!

It's hard to believe that 8 years ago Bart and I committed our lives to each other!

5 years later, we received the greatest gift ever, Micah!


And now here we are...more in love than we've ever been!

It's Been Awhile...

The last month has been a little crazy around here (hence, the lack of blogging). Here are some highlights..

Several months ago we bought a zoo membership. We have LOVED going. These are some of our favorite animals...

we finally got a new swing for the backyard. Micah loves that he can now swing in the "big boy" swing. He loves to "go high".

We celebrated Cris' 40th birthday! Cris has been such a blessing in our lives! For those of you that don't know, Cris has watched Micah since he was 3 months old. She is SO great! We love her!!!!!

Our best friends' daughter, Chloe, turned one! Her and Micah love spending time with each other. We have had so enjoyed Josh and Sarah living in Columbia! We get together at least once a week. It's been great sharing life with them!

Micah transitioned into a big boy bed. He's done GREAT!!!!!


We spent part of my Spring Break in Raleigh with Mama & Papa. Dad and Micah planted a bush together. He loves being outside with Papa!

Last weekend, Bart's brother, Wesley got married. We had a great weekend of celebration with the family.
